My chair at work looks like this:
It's quite comfy. You can set it to lean back at whatever angle you want. It's nice.....too nice.
Today I set it back as far as it will go so I don't get to lean back at all without looking like the laziest of all office employees. (I may in fact be the laziest of office employees, but I don't want everyone to know it) It forces me to sit up and hold myself there.
I'll have abs like these in no time:
That's what everyone wants right?
That's what I've heard anyway.
